We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. To initiate a return:

  2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.

We apologize for the mistake! Please contact us at contact@maelstromoutdoors.com within 7 days of receiving the order with your order details and a photo of the incorrect item. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
